Drop off and pick up

On Mon, Tues and Weds we open at 9am in the morning and the session runs  until 12pm when some of the younger children go home  and those remaining have lumch.
Some more children may then go home at 1pm and the afternoon session runs until 3pm. 
On thursday and Friday the sessions end at 1pm. 

A member of staff will open the doors at 9am and welcome your child into the setting. Your child will come into the hall, find their name to self register and then hang their coats and bags up. Staff will be on hand to help them with this but we ecourage independence as much as possible. 
There will be an adult on the door for you to tell information about your child or to ask any questions. We find that it works best that you speak to your child’s key worker at the end of the session or on the telephone if you would like a longer discussion about a particular non-urgent matter. 

Please make sure that you are prompt to pick up your child at 12pm, 1pm or 3pm and let us know if you are delayed for any reason. There are usually other hirers of the hall coming in staight after us so we need to make sure it is vacated on time and left in a clean and tidy state for them. 

Please make sure you tell us  if a different adult will be collecting your child that day. Please call our mobile or send us a text or whatsapp message if arrangements change during the morning. It is an important part of our safeguarding requirements that we ensure we know who is collecting your child and we cannot allow them to go without your permission; this includes other parents/carers of children at pre-school.
