Key Person
We believe that children settle best when they have a key person to meet their individual needs
Research shows that a key person approach benefits the child, the parents, the staff and the setting by providing secure relationships in which children thrive and parents have cofidence
Each member of staff has a group of children for whom he/she is particularly responsible. Your child’s key person will be allocated before they start. They are the person who works with you to make sure that the childcare and education we provide is right for your child’s particular needs and interests.
Your key person will help your child settle in and be a primary point of contact for you and your child going forward.
